When Return/Exchange is canceled and re-submitted







 

If you canceled and re-submitted your Exchange or Return you may run into an error message stating:

 

"It may take up to 10-20 seconds to issue the QR Code / Return Label. If you are unable to proceed, please refer to our FAQ page for further instructions."

 

If you encounter this error, we suggest using the original Return Label/QR code that was sent to your email address after submitting the first Return/Exchange application. 


You will be able to use the original Return Label/QR Code if it was not already used or scanned by FedEx.
