What is your Exchange & Return policy for gift returns?
If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, you have multiple options available:
◉ If you wish to exchange a gift received from an online order, the sender can process an online exchange through their account.
◉ If you wish to return a gift received from an online order, we will credit the sender’s original form of payment for the cost of purchase. For instructions on how to return an online order, please click here.
◉ If you wish to return or exchange a gift from an in-store purchase, we will need the original physical receipt and original form of payment (for return) to process.
Please note: When exchanging, all merchandise must be in its original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels.
