Delivery Signature Service

We offer a "Signature Service" to ensure customers receive their packages securely. Customers can choose between delivery without signature or delivery requiring signature, reducing the risk of theft. 

Orders over $600 will get free signature option
Orders under $600 can add signature option for $4/order

Customers can enter delivery instructions directly on the GU US website. This information is passed to the delivery carrier, allowing customers to make requests regarding their delivery. 

- Not all shipping carriers can receive shipping instructions
While, we will do our best to ensure the carrier follows the instructions given, we can not 100% guarantee compliance.
- Delivery instructions may be overridden when Signature Required is selected

How Do I Request Signature On My Delivery?

You may select the signature option by checking the box in the Shipping section of your cart in Checkout.

Will the Package Be Left if No One is Home to Sign for it?

The courier will not leave the package unattended. A delivery attempt notice may be left and redelivery options will follow from the carrier.

Can I Remove the Signature Requirement After Ordering?

Yes, if your order has not shipped, you may contact our GU USA Customer Center for further assistance.

Is Signature Required Available for All Shipping Methods?

Signature Requirement is not available for the following shipping methods: 
- Same Day Delivery
- Locker Delivery
- PO Boxes
