What are the Terms and Conditions?
Denim Embroidery & Heat Pressed Patches Customers purchasing any denim bottoms (sale items excluded) are eligible for a complimentary customization service, which includes either: · Up to 3 embroidered letters or motifs, or · Up to 2 heat-pressed patches per item Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is valid on full-priced and limited time offer denim bottoms only. Sale items are excluded.
2. Each eligible denim bottle is entitled to either (i) up to three
(3) embroidered letters or motifs, or (ii) up to two (2) heat-pressed patches. 3. Items that have been embroidered or had patches applied are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Complimentary embroidery or patch application services must be redeemed on the same day as the qualifying purchase and cannot be deferred.
5. All embroidery and patch designs, including placement and size, are subject to operational feasibility and approval by staff.
6. The complimentary customization service has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.
7. GU is not responsible for any damage arising from customization services. Tote Bag Novelty Customers who spend $75 or more in a single transaction are eligible to receive one complimentary customized tote bag.
Terms & Conditions
1. Offer valid only for purchases made in GU Soho store.
2. Limit of one (1) complimentary tote bag per qualifying transaction of $75 or more.
3. If merchandise from a qualifying transaction is returned, the customer remains eligible for the complimentary tote bag only if the final purchase value continues to meet or exceed $75.
4. If the post-return value falls below $75, the complimentary tote bag must be returned in its original, unused condition. If the tote bag is not returned, the transaction will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Complimentary tote bag are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
6. The complimentary tote bag is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other items.
7. Complimentary tote bags are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.
8. GU reserves the right to cancel or refuse the promotion to any customer suspected of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the offer.
