I can't find my package what should I do?




 

We know how disappointing it is to come home and find that your package is not there! Nonetheless, please take another look for possible hiding spots. Sometimes carriers will leave packages with neighbors, the leasing office, in a mailroom, etc. or it may be moved or stored safely by a familiar person as a courtesy to you. 

 

We also ask that you allow at least 3 business days since the date marked as delivered on the carrier’s tracking page before taking further action as there are times the carrier will mark a package as delivered while it’s still in transit.  
 
If you are still unable to locate your items after taking the course of actions described above, please contact our Customer Service team, and one of our agents will be happy to further investigate the issue.
