Due to shipping delays during increased holiday traffic, please expect delayed delivery times to and from GU Warehouse. This includes delayed deliveries and warehouse processing time for returns and exchanges.

Please keep in mind the following carriers will also have delays due to increased demand, and/or staff shortage.

Returns and exchanges: Up to 14 business days from delivery date.
Orders being shipped from warehouse: 3 business days from purchase date.
