The GU Goes Iconic activation is scheduled to take place in SoHo, New York, from Monday 9/21/26- Sunday 9/27/26. Activity dates, operating hours, locations, and availability vary. All activities are available only during their stated periods and may end earlier if available materials or promotional inventory are exhausted. 

GU reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or cancel an activity when circumstances outside its reasonable control affect its administration, security, fairness, or operation. 

Participation constitutes acceptance of the terms applicable to the selected activity and any instructions provided by authorized event or store staff.

4. After spinning the wheel, customers will receive a token corresponding to their prize.  

5. The prize must be redeemed at the GU Soho store (578 Broadway, NY) on the same day the customer participates in the Spin the Wheel game. Prizes cannot be redeemed on a later date. 

6. Customers must present the original token to claim their prize. Each token is valid only for the specific gift indicated or associated with that token.  

7. Tokens are the customers’ responsibility. If a token is lost, damaged or misplaced, it cannot be replaced. 

8. All prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item.  

9. Prizes are available while supplies last. 

Flower Giveaway 

Flowers and GU Fall/Winter 2026 collection leaflets are scheduled to be distributed at the newsstand from 12pm –6pm on Sept 24, 2026 – Sept 27, 2026. No purchase required. Limit one flower and one leaflet per person, while supplies last. 

Sweats & Denim Embroidery   

Customers purchasing any sweats and denim product (sale items excluded) in person at the GU Soho store on Sept 24, 2026 – Sept 27, 2026, are eligible for a complimentary embroidery service, which includes up to 3 embroidered letters or motifs. 

Terms & Conditions 

1. This promotion is valid on full-priced and limited time offer sweats and denim products only. Sale items are excluded.  

2. Offer valid only for purchases made in GU Soho store. 

3. Each eligible product is entitled to up to three (3) embroidered letters or motifs.  

4. Items that have been embroidered are not eligible for return or exchange.  

5. Complimentary embroidery services must be redeemed on the same day as the qualifying purchase and cannot be deferred.  

6. All embroidery, including placement and size, are subject to operational feasibility and approval by staff.  

7. The complimentary customization service has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

Customers who spend $75 or more in a single transaction on Sept 21, 2026 – Sept 27, 2026, are eligible to receive one complimentary customized tote bag.  

Terms & Conditions

2. This offer is valid only for qualifying purchases made September 21-27, 2026. 

3. The complimentary tote bag must be claimed on the same day as the qualifying purchase and cannot be deferred. 

4. Limit of one (1) complimentary tote bag per qualifying transaction of $75 or more.  

5. If merchandise from a qualifying transaction is returned, the customer remains eligible for the complimentary tote bag only if the final purchase value continues to meet or exceed $75.  

6. If the post-return value falls below $75, the complimentary tote bag must be returned in its original, unused condition. If the tote bag is not returned, the transaction will not be eligible for a refund.
