Coupons (How to Use)
Coupons are added directly to your GU USA account. They can be found under your Membership Profile.
- For a coupon to be applied to an online order/in-store purchase successfully, the subtotal of the order must be greater value by at least $1 of the coupon amount. This is only for coupons that do not already have the minimum limitations listed.
- You must apply coupons to both online and in-store purchases. It WILL NOT be automatically applied. Only coupons that meet the purchase requirements can be applied.
- If you have mistakenly redeemed your coupon before making a purchase online or in-store, please contact our Customer Service Team so that we may further assist you. Please use the contact button below.

How to use coupons in-store
At a GU store, you can redeem coupons via the Self Checkout Kiosk or at a Staff-Friendly Cash Register.
Note: Only users who have connected their GU-GLOBAL.COM account and GU app accounts can redeem coupons in-store.

Please scan your membership ID at the machine and select the coupon you wish to use on the payment screen.
[For Staff-Friendly Cashier]
Please present the coupon you wish to use after your membership ID has been scanned.
How to use coupons online
To apply a coupon to your online order, please follow the instructions below.
Note: Click on Coupon on the cart screen or purchase procedure screen.
Select the desire coupon and click Apply.
Only coupons that meet the purchase requirements can be applied. To view coupon purchase requirements, please access the coupon page and click Details.

Follow these steps to apply a coupon to your cart during online checkout.
1. Review Your Cart: Go to your shopping cart and confirm the items you want to purchase.
2. Open the Coupon Section: Scroll down to the “Apply Coupon” section. You’ll see a field labeled “Enter coupon code” and a list of available coupons.
3. Enter Your Coupon Code: Type your coupon code into the “Enter coupon code” field and select the coupon you want to apply.
4. Confirm Coupon Application: After entering the code, a confirmation message will appear: “Your coupon has been added to the list. Thank You!” Click OK to proceed.
Commonly Asked Questions
I forgot to apply my coupon at checkout, can I still have it applied to my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to retroactively apply a coupon. Please ensure your coupon is applied before completing your purchase.
Will my coupon automatically apply to my order if it meets the requirements?
No, coupons must be manually applied during checkout. They will not be automatically applied even if your order meets the requirements.
I had a coupon on my account but now it’s not there, what happened to my coupon?
Coupons may expire or be removed if they are no longer valid. Please check the expiration date and terms of use on the coupon page.
I just cancelled my order but I used a coupon, will that coupon still be on my account?
In most cases, the coupon will be returned to your account after cancellation. Please allow some time for it to reappear.
I have multiple coupons—can I use more than one on my order?
Unless directly noted in the coupon details, only one coupon can be used per transaction. Coupons cannot be combined.
How do coupons affect my exchange/return request?
If you return an item purchased with a coupon, the refund will reflect the discounted price. Coupons used on returned items may not be reissued.
