Can purchase history replace my receipt?
Your GU App purchase history is not a receipt, and it cannot be used to return or exchange items. It is simply a record of your purchases.
To return or exchange and item, you are required to have the original printed receipt.
For store purchases:
- If your app was not scanned, unfortunately we cannot manually add items to your purchase history.
Please Note: GU online purchased items can only be exchanged in-store at this time. Online purchases can not be returned in store. Learn more about our Return & Exchanges policy here.
