Do you ship Internationally to Canada, Europe, etc.?

At this time we do not offer any international shipping outside of the United States, Military Addresses, and US Territories.

What is the standard processing time for all orders?

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends.
Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.

Which carriers do you use?

At this time, our carriers are FedEx, FedEx Ground Economy (SmartPost), USPS, Lasership (East Coast), Dashlink (West Coast)

*Please note that carriers are automatically selected based upon the delivery address and delivery method.

What is the shipping time frame for orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico? 

Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico with standard shipping may take up to 14 business days for delivery. These orders are shipped with FedEx Ground Economy (Smartpost) and/or USPS.

Do you ship to P.O box addresses?

Yes we do ship to P.O Boxes. Please note that orders placed shipping to P.O boxes are only eligible for Standard 5-7 business day shipping.

 US TERRITORIES + MILITARY
 

GU has now expanded shipping services to military and U.S. territories with standard shipping, including American Samoa; Guam; Northern Mariana Islands; Puerto Rico; U.S. Virgin Islands; and Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific.
For items shipped with standard shipping to APO/FPO/U.S. territories, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

Please note: At this time, we are currently unable to offer expedited, two-day and express shipping options to APO/FPO/U.S. territories.

Do you ship to freight forwarding addresses?

While we want everyone to experience GU clothing, at this time, we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
