What to do after entering the incorrect verification code?
- Go to the Login Page, after 5 failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 24 hours. If your account is locked, you can follow the steps below:
- Wait the required 24 hours to be able to log into your account
- Reset your password
- Click the Forgot Your Password link.
- You will receive a text message with the verification code via text from +1 844 442 0296
Example: “Your Uniqlo & GU online store verification code is XXXXXX(verification code) This code will expire in 30 minutes.”
- Once you receive the code, please enter it in the verification code box and click submit.
- Type in your new password, below are the necessary password requirements:
- Between 8-20 characters
- Contains both letters and numbers
- Can use special characters
- The new password and re-entered password confirmation must match
