What should I do if my delivery is late?




You may experience delayed delivery times during the Peak Holiday Season starting December 15th to January 15th. 

 

My order has passed the standard shipping time frame. 

 

Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days from when it is shipped out. If it has been more than 7 business days in transit, please email us at guusa_contactus@gu-global.com and one of our agents will be happy to further investigate this issue.

I paid for expedited shipping, but my package is late. 

 

Expected delivery dates for expedited, two-day and express shipping are valid for orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday.  Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends and holidays. 

 

If your order was made before the cut off and you've yet to receive your delivery, please email us at guusa_contactus@gu-global.com and one of our agents will be happy to further investigate this issue.

The state that I live in is currently experiencing bad weather, will this affect my delivery?   

 

The carrier will typically update your tracking information to reflect any delays or updates. If it has been more than 3 business days since your expected delivery date and your order has not been delivered, please contact us at guusa_contactus@gu-global.com and one of our agents will be more than happy to further investigate this issue.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON DELIVERY DATES 

  • The official estimated delivery days will be displayed after selecting the “delivery method” during the checkout process. 

  • Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico with Standard Shipping may take up to 14 business days for delivery. These orders are being shipped with Fedex Ground Economy (SmartPost) and/or USPS.

  • In the event of a large number of orders or warehouse inventory, it may take longer than the standard period for product shipment and delivery. Orders placed on the weekend, or after 12 EST Monday-Friday will require an additional business day to process. 

  • Orders shipped to certain APO/FPO/US Territories may experience a delay in shipping depending on the destination country. We can not guarantee shipping speeds to these addresses.
