What should I do if an item is missing from my order?




If you are missing an item that you ordered, check your Order History details to confirm that the quantity shown matches the items received.   

 

 

 

After confirmation that an item is missing from your order, please contact GU Customer Service via email with the information below so we may further assist you. 

  • Order Number  
  • Product ID of the item you should have received  
  • Billing/Shipping Address 
  • Telephone/Email Address associated with the order
