What is your store return and exchange policy?




STORE RETURN POLICY 

Items purchased in-store can only be returned to the GU SoHo store for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, and unwashed with tags attached.

Packaged items may be returned after the package has been opened (not including innerwear); tags must still be attached to the item.
Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
   

*Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. At the moment we do not offer gift receipts.
 

STORE EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you are looking to exchange your item for the same item in just a different size/color, you may visit the GU SoHo store within the 30-day exchange window.
Please note, that you must provide the original receipt, and the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed for the store to accept the item for an exchange. 

If you are looking to return your item for a completely different item, you may go to the GU SoHo store within the 30-days return window to return the item, and purchase the new item.
Please note, that you must provide the original receipt, and the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed for the store to accept the item for a return.

This only applies to in-store purchases. Online orders cannot be exchanged for a different item in-store.

Final Sale:
Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.


Items may only be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted within the country where the purchase was made.
GU reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
