Holiday Exchange and Return Policy
Orders shipped and store purchases made between November 14, 2025 through January 1, 2026 can be returned and exchanged up until January 31, 2026. Any purchases made outside of this timeframe must be returned 30 days from purchase/shipment date. Return guidelines below still apply, along with return shipping fees.
STORE RETURN POLICY
Items purchased in-store can only be returned to the GU SoHo store for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, and unwashed with tags attached.
- Packaged items may be returned after the package has been opened (not including innerwear); tags must still be attached to the item.
- Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
*Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. Digital receipts are accepted for returns in-store. At the moment we do not offer gift receipts.
STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note, that you must provide the original receipt (physical or digital), and the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed for the store to accept the item for an exchange.
If you are looking to return your item for a completely different item, you may go to the GU SoHo store within the 30-days return window to return the item, and purchase the new item.

Final Sale:
Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
Items may only be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted within the country where the purchase was made.
GU reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
