Refund Method and Timeframe
In the sections below, we will outline the process for tracking your refund, as well as explain the calculation used to determine the amount you receive.
The Return Process:
How Do I Track My Return?

To track your return go to the Order History page. Click on the ‘EXCHANGE OR RETURN’ button next to the order you are inquiring about. Then Click on the ‘DETAILS’ button.

Scroll down the page to view the status of your return. From here you can reprint the label, cancel the return, and track the status of your return. You can also follow along with FedEx or USPS tracking information to follow the location of your return package and when it will be delivered to our warehouse.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time the return is delivered to our warehouse for a refund to be processed. The refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
How are Refunds Calculated?
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used on the original order.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Once the return is processed the $7 Return Shipping Fee (plus applicable taxes in select states) will be deducted from the full refund amount for the use of the GU Prepaid Return Label (except in the case of a defective item return)

In addition, if the product is found to be defective as a result of our inspection, we will not charge you for the Return Label Fee.

If a coupon was used on the order being returned, you will receive back only the amount spent, minus the coupon.

Example: The original item cost is 29.90. A coupon was used (-2.30). The item is returned due to sizing. Refund amount 29.90-2.30 (Coupon) = 27.60-7.00 (Return Shipping Fee)= 20.60 Refund amount

If you combined your separate returns into one parcel and were charged for each label, please contact us.
