What Can I Do If My Account Is Locked?

If your password has been entered incorrectly 5 times in a row, your password will be locked for 24 hours from the date and time of the 5th attempt.

However, you can unlock your account at any time by clicking the “forgot password” link on the website login page and resetting your password.
