HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER? 

1. Go to your Order History Page.
2. Click "Exchange or Return" for the ORDER you want to return.
3. Click "Exchange or Return" for the ITEM you want to return.
4. Click "Return" and then "Continue".
5. Select the quantity and reason for the return and click "Check selection details".
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each item you want to return.
*Please ensure you select each item in your order you would like to return, not doing so will result in a delay in processing your refund.
7. Click "Check Form Details" and then click "Submit Form".
8. After your Return is Accepted, select “Print Label” and click “Confirm Return Method”
9. Download and Print the Prepaid Shipping Label and put the label outside the returns box.
11. Send it back with FedEx or USPS.

Note: Return Forms/Return Slips are no longer needed.​
*Make sure your browser pop-up blockers are disabled.​

 

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER? 

We offer a new and convenient service that allows you to return your GU order at select FedEx locations without printing a label at home.
Process your Exchange Application with the steps above and once you are to Confirm your Return Method follow the steps below:
1. Select the "QR Code" and click “Confirm Return Method”
2. Bring your email with the QR code, and the items you want to return in a sealed package, to a FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center® store.
3. Show the FedEx store associate your QR Code Email
4. The FedEx store associates will print your return label for you.
Note: Return Forms/Return Slips are no longer needed.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY 

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date, unworn, unwashed with tags attached via mail to our warehouse with our prepaid return shipping label/QR code.
We cannot issue refunds or returns for online orders at any of our stores, except if the order was paid with the Pay In-Store option.

If paid with: 
Credit Card / Debit Card / Klarna / PayPal / Apple Pay option returns can only be accepted at our warehouse via mail with our Prepaid Return Label/QR Code.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY [KLARNA] 

If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement.
Simply follow GU’s return instructions and make sure items are within GUs return policy.
Make sure to take note of the return tracking number.
Log into your Klarna account, select “Report a Return”, and they’ll pause your statement.
As soon as GU has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to the same card.
Returned or canceled orders should first be registered with GU.
Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return.


With a full return, Klarna shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app. For other Klarna FAQs click here.

Can I return my online order in store?

All online orders (*)  must be returned via mail to our warehouse using the GU prepaid return label or QR Code.
To get a return label or QR code, sign in to your GU.com account and go to your Order History page. From there, you can start the return process.

*) Orders paid with the Pay In-Store option can only be returned to the GU Store where they payment was made.

Are there return fees for online orders?

 A $7 Return Shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping associated with the Return Label and QR Code.
This is a one-time fee per order, not per item.

You can return multiple orders from the same account in one return box.
One label must be on the outside of the returns package.

Please Include a return label for each additional order inside the box. 
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Can I re-print my return label

Yes! You are able to access your Return Label at any time after processing your Return Request within your Order History.

To view your Return Label/ QR Code:
1. Navigate to your Order History Page
2. Click "Exchange or Return" next to the Order you want to return.
3. Click on the “Details” tab
4. There should be an option to "Print Label" or "QR Code" so you can view the Return Label or QR Code.
