How do I create an account? 

Creating a GU account is easy!  

Once you are at the GU-GLOBAL.COM site, click the person icon and at the far right to be directed to the ‘LOGIN’ page 

At the login page, you will see a button to the right that says ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’. 

After clicking the ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’ button, you will be prompted to enter profile details, such as your email address, password, birthday, and more! 

Review the Membership Agreement before continuing. 

To be sure you have entered your information correctly, select the ‘PREVIEW’ button, where you can see how the information will look. You may edit your information at this step before successfully creating your account. 

Once you have verified that all information is correct, select the ‘SEND VERIFICATION CODE’ button where you will then receive an email, to the email address provided prior to verifying your account.  

Once done, you will get a screen that says ‘THANK YOU FOR YOUR REGISTRATION’ once successfully completed. 

*Should you not be able to create an account and the error message displayed is “Sorry, an account already exists for this email address.” , you already have a GU account. Please select [Forgot your password?] in the user login page and follow the prompts to reset your password.  

Note that you will need access to the email address in order to reset the password.
