We will be offering in-store gift wrapping by Gift Wrap Boss for a limited time in December!

Dates: Saturday- Sunday, December 21-22, 2024

Times: 1PM-6PM

Where: Basement Floor (under the escalator), GU SoHo Flagship Store, 578 Broadway New York, New York 10012.

Conditions: Free with purchase of $50+ pre tax! Must show proof of receipt from the respective day that service is offered.

What is your Holiday Return Policy?

 

For your convenience, GU will grant customers up to 60 days from the date of purchase to return/exchange items purchased between 11/15/2024 - 12/24/2024, as long as all conditions of the GU Return Policy are met. This limited-time holiday offer grants customers an extra 30 days in addition to GU’s standard 30-day return/exchange policy, for a total of 60 days from the date of purchase. 

 

*If you purchase on 12/24/2024, the last day allotted for this policy is 2/22/2025. We hope you find something to love this season!
