GU.com Purchase : Within 30 days including the Order Date
※Items purchased online must be shipped out on the last day of the return period. You can check the "Return By" date in your Order History Page
Can I return my in-store purchase along with my online return?
Unfortunately, our returns warehouse is unable to process any in-store purchase refunds ( or exchanges). Should you send your in-store purchase to our warehouse, you will not receive a refund and you may not receive the item(s) back.
We apologize for this inconvenience but at the moment we are unable to accommodate any in-store purchase returns.
Can I return items that I purchased online but exchanged in store?
What items cannot be returned/exchanged?
- Final Sale items
- Innerwear (underwear, bras)
- Items purchased outside of the U.S. ( International purchase)
- Items that do not meet this criteria:

For In-Store Purchase:
Merchandise purchased in any U.S. store can only be exchanged at any GU Store location within the U.S.
For GU.com Purchases:
Merchandise purchased through GU.com can be exchanged online via your Order History Page or at any GU Store within the U.S. only if it is for the same item just in a different size/color.
*If an item purchased online is exchanged at a physical store location, it cannot be returned to the warehouse.
Items that are exchanged in store forfeit the ability to be returned, as the exchanged items are now considered FINAL SALE.

For In-store Purchases:
Merchandise purchased in any GU U.S. store can be returned at any GU location within the U.S. for a full refund to the original form of payment up to 30 days (*) from the purchase date.
For GU.com Purchases:
- Currently we do not offer Pay In-store/Pick up In-store.
- If paid with Credit Card / Debit Card / Klarna / Paypal / Apple Pay payment options Returns can ONLY be accepted at our warehouse via mail with our Prepaid Return Label.
WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS/RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS AT STORES.
※If you want to Exchange/Return an item purchased on GU.com, you will need to apply for an exchange/return from [Order History] before returning the item.
Items that are exchanged in store forfeit the ability to be returned, as the exchanged items are now considered FINAL SALE.
