We are not obligated to keep the contents of your proposal confidential. (If your proposal contains personal information, we will handle it appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy.)

We are under no obligation to respond to your proposal or return any materials.

You will not be entitled to any compensation for your submission. You will be deemed to have granted an indefinite, royalty-free license to our company and to all Fast Retailing Group companies in Japan and overseas to use all rights relating to the content of your proposal (including all intellectual property rights and content to be applied for in the future) on an ongoing basis.

The content of your proposal may be used in TV commercials, in-store promotional materials, and other advertising materials for our company and our group companies.
