Is there a fee for returning my online order back to your warehouse?

For Exchanges: There is no shipping charge on the new order for exchanges, however in order to return the original item, you will be charged a $7 return label fee (plus applicable taxes in select states). The return fee will be deducted from the refund of the returned item. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time the warehouse receives the return for the refund to be processed.

For Returns: A $7 return label fee (plus applicable taxes in select states) will be deducted from the amount to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note: Taxes are determined by the regulations of the state in which your shipping label is being delivered, not your return package. Example: You are shipping a package back from Ohio to our GU Warehouse, so Ohio will charge tax on the shipping label we've sent to you. GU is unable to refund any taxes that are collected by the state.
